What will you be doing at Atrium?

In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science.

The Salesforce Business Architect will play a key role in working with customers to align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions regarding Machine Learning, Analytics, and Salesforce.com-related solutions. Must be able to manage and deliver components of customer engagements that include analysis of current state data management capabilities and technology, future state visioning, solution design, and architecture. The Business Architect has experience designing creative solutions that help clients maximize the power of their data to uncover new insights and reach new levels of automation.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic visioning sessions and workshops (vision mapping, customer journeys, and roadmaps, mock-ups) to translate complex business needs into actionable system features and scalable solutions

  • Technical Architecture: Architect multi-cloud and multi-system solutions, including integrations, how data moves, and CRM Analytics, while creating comprehensive landscape diagrams and use cases

  • Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems, data, and operations to identify areas of improvement and create documentation that aligns with business value drivers

  • Stakeholder & Data Management: Manage cross-departmental expectations and dependencies, translating complex data and automation needs into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and its dependencies, backed by relevant certifications and implementation experience

  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior members of the Business Analyst team to foster growth and delivery excellence

In this role, you will have:

  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience delivering consulting services to medium and large enterprises, with a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional workshops (10–50+ participants)

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, MIS) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment under adverse conditions

  • Technical Toolset: Proficiency with Lucid Chart and Lucid Spark for process mapping and architectural visualization

  • Certification & Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (certifications required); knowledge of Tableau or CRM Analytics is highly preferred.

  • Collaboration: An enthusiastic and confident team-player mindset with a relentless focus on customer success

  • Location & Travel: Ability to work from a U.S.-based home office and travel up to 25% as needed
